Dear Rotarians, ,
I bring warm greetings from our District Governor Rtn. Elizabeth Cherian.
It is both a privilege and an honour to lead such a dynamic and vibrant club — Rotary Bangalore Udyog. Standing here today as the President, I often reflect on how life unfolds in the most unexpected ways.
When my professional journey began around 35 years ago, and my entrepreneurial journey took shape some 25 years ago, I never imagined that one day I would be entrusted with such a prestigious leadership role.
My Rotary journey began 13 years ago. Honestly, I had assumed I would not last more than 3 years — I felt Rotary wasn’t for me. But within two years, something changed. It was no longer me in Rotary — it became Rotary in me. Since then, Rotary has become an integral part of my life.
I am deeply grateful to Rtn. Raviraj Shetty, our immediate past president, who not only sponsored me into Rotary but also mentored me throughout. I sincerely thank all the fellow Rotarians who guided, supported, and helped groom me to grow within the movement.
To me, the President's role is not just a title — it is a responsibility. And leading Rotary Bangalore Udyog, especially after such a fabulous Silver Jubilee year, is both a challenge and an opportunity. Rtn. Raviraj Shetty took the club to remarkable heights during his term, and I was fortunate to be closely associated with his leadership journey. Observing him, learning from him, and working alongside him has given me immense confidence to take this club forward in its 26th year.
From the bottom of my heart, I thank and seek the continued support of our Charter President Rtn. Dr. Rudresh Sir and all our past presidents, whose wisdom and experience form the foundation of our club’s strength.
To all our members, you are the real pillars of Rotary Bangalore Udyog. Your dedication, spirit of service, and teamwork will shape this year’s success.
Along with First Lady Rtn. Suma, I look forward to your full-hearted support in making this Rotary year memorable, meaningful, and impactful.
Let’s move forward together — with service, fellowship, and purpose.
